Verify your UPPA logins
To activate the functions of your Aquipass card, you must first :

  • activate a digital UPPA account
  • this account must have an email address :
    • students/doctoral students/continuing education trainees : xxxx.yyyy@etud.univ-pau.fr
    • staff : xxxx.yyyy@univ-pau.fr
  • authorize transmission of your personal data to the CROUS

    • make an official declaration of loss or theft to the registrars' office :

  • university staff member :
    You have 2 steps to take :
    • go to the main office of your CLOUS/CROUS
    • make an official declaration of loss or theft on your IZLY online account : https://mon-espace.izly.fr

The remaining balance in your digital IZLY wallet will be available as soon as you receive a new card.
Creating a new AQUIPASS card costs 10€.
You may need to provide the official police report declaring the loss or theft of the card, according to the circumstances.

Can I pay for my meal in cash?
According to agreements with employers (including the UPPA), payment is allowed exclusively by electronic banking.

I am a doctoral student, do I qualify for student rates at the university restaurants?
All doctoral students using their student Aquipass cards qualify for student rates at the university restaurants.
Doctoral students with UPPA PhD contracts : As part of your employment contract with the University, you can apply for an employee card at the CROUS. This card will allow you to access the faculty dining areas, however you will have to pay the employee rate (higher than the student rate)..
The employee rate will then be applied to you with this second card.

I deleted my activation email, what can I do?
In case you have deleted the activation email, you can request that it be resent directly on the IZLY website : https://mon-espace.izly.fr
On the IZLY website, your login is your UPPA email address.

I forgot my password, how can I get it back?
You can request that it be sent again directly on the IZLY website : https://mon-espace.izly.fr

Why should I use the smartphone app?
The IZLY application allows you to view the status of your IZLY account, make top-up payments in real time from a bank card or by wire transfer and pay for meals using a QR Code generated directly by your smartphone.
